I have been working with Automatic Gates for 9 years and they have always been responsive in getting a the gates back working. One time we had lightening that disrupted the gate, the tried a couple of things to get it back working. When it didn't fix the issue they credited me back toward the fix that worked. I requested AGS install new ground loops for our neighborhood gate system in conjunction with a re-paving project.  AGS was prompt and competitive on their bid.  They made quick adjustments when asked.  They warranted their work.
